These are very hard to date, but I think I'm pretty safe in guessing somewhere between 1920 and 1940. I'd be very surprised if they were more recent than that. The silk floss embroidery is completely hand done, NOT by machine! There is couching as well as satin stitch, with varigated colors on a pale ivory brocade background. The loose fitting top would easily fit a US size 10/12/14, and the fabulous palazzo pants have a waist size of 34 inches. The drawstring is missing, but would be easy to replace with elastic or a satin ribbon. A teeny bit wrinkled, but otherwise in immaculate condition!
