International shipping is by US First Class mail. 		Orange/red dupioni silk is draped over a sturdy straw frame. It's trimmed with hand dyed ostrich feathers and hand dyed and handmade ribbon poppies. The hat is trimmed all around in orange silk soutache, and fully lined inside with matching silk fabric. The ribbon and feather dying was a painstaking 3 step process that took the entire day. Absolutely no expense was spared in the construction of this beauty!

22 inch inside crown, a standard size Medium. 4 inch brim. Shipping is a bit more than usual because this must go in an oversized box with extra careful packing to insure that there is no damage in transit. 		This cute hat is called a muffintop, because of the padded crown. A sturdy straw based has been draped in vintage silk velvet, and the crown is orange satin topped with a sheer black scroll patterned voile. The trimmings are vintage cotton velvet roses and iridescent orange/gold satin ribbons. I've added some black hackle feathers and a pouf of antique burnt eigrette feathers to finish of the Victorian / Edwardian look.
